When I recently met a few of my friends at a regular gathering, they said that they kind of envied me when they saw my Facebook timeline full of amazing pictures from different places around the world. They were perplexed as to how I could afford frequent foreign trips.

Now this is something that worries many because we are under the impression that international holidays come at a great price. And, though, this is true to an extent, there are exceptions. Not all good trips are expensive. You can enjoy a fabulous vacation in one of these following foreign locations without burning a big hole in your pocket.

Amazing Thailand

The Land of Smiles, as it is fondly known, is bestowed with all sorts of delights that you can think of. It is a quintessential beach destination but is loaded with many more things to see and do. Whether you are a backpacker or a regular tourist, this country offers you the most sought-after experiences and memories to last a lifetime.

Major Attractions:  The heritage sites of Bangkok, the world-class beaches of Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi Islands, the lush forests of Khao Yai National Park, the ancient city of Ayuttaya and Sukhothai’s Old City.

Activities: Despite the regular places of interest, you can also choose to go offbeat and indulge in adventures of different sorts.
