Pahalgam is a village of Kashmir decorated with the accessories of the Mother nature. It is situated at the conjunction of the two streams jutting out of Lidder river and Sheshnag lake. You can indulge yourself in the fun filled activity of fishing but prior to that the booking is required which is available on first-cum-first serve basis. The fishing equipments can be hired from Srinagar and you can have the experience in the Lidder river.
As this place is surrounded by steep hills so it is more enjoyable to explore the noted places of Pahalgam on horseback rather than by aching your feet.
